I realized it's been a while again since I've posted. Time has been flying away. I've been working on my book project and some commissions. But I managed to squeeze in a little ACEO. It was fun to do a quick little painting again :) This is a garden I would love to visit and to sit and read in. Unfortunately, it's just in my head.

So lovely Lisa!! I adore the colours on this one! And somehow, it reminds me of the garden we visited to see the wild perrots in San Francisco!

Annie,
You're right, now that you said it, it reminds me of the garden we saw with the parrots on Telegraph Hill in San Francisco too! It must have been subconciously on my mind or something :)

what timing,..
i have not looked at your LJ for ages and then the day i do you have posted something!!
i love her, the transparency of her sleeves and the wings is so wonderful especially where there is the section where we can peek through both to the flowers behind, wonderful work..
and i love the little details like the beaded bookmark!
i wish i had a garden hideaway like that!

Now that's funny :) (that the day you look at my LJ there's a new post)
Thank you!
I wish I had a garden hideaway like that too... though maybe it'd be a lot of work to maintain. I was helping my Mom yesterday clear out some vines off the backyard fence, and it really felt like we were clearing a jungle! *laughs*
